Braces @ Pendakap Gigi @ Gigi Besi (Appointment Ke-2)

Bulan ni musz kena pasang braces bahagian atas & cabut 2 batang gigi.

1. Gigi bahagian mana yang dicabut?
Gigi geraham kecil (sebelah gigi taring)

2. Berapa bayaran bulanan?
RM107. Bayaran tetap tiap bulan.

3. Sakit tak cabut gigi?
Masa cabut gigi kekal tak sakit sebab dah bius. Tapi bila bius habis, perggghh sakitnya nauzubillah sampaikan musz mintak MC.

4. Berlaku pendarahan tak kat bahagian soket (lubang kat gusi yang giginya dah dicabut)
Yupp. Still bleeding lagi2 apabila kita usik bahagian soket tu.

5. Level kesakitan untuk bulan ke2 ni.
Antara 1 hingga 5, musz bagi level 4.

6. Apa yang boleh & tak boleh dimakan selepas cabut gigi kekal?
- makan makanan & minuman yang sejuk.
Contoh: ais krim, air berais
- elakkan makanan & minuman yang panas.
Contoh: sup panas

7. Sakit tak pasang braces atas?
Pasang tak sakit. After 4 jam mula la rasa tak selesa.

8. Berapa kali dibius untuk cabut gigi?
Musz dibius 4 tempat untuk cabut 2 batang gigi.
- gusi bahagian luar gigi geraham kecil kanan.
- gusi bahagian luar gigi geraham kecil kiri.
- gusi bahagian dalam gigi geraham kecil kanan.
- gusi bahagian dalam gigi geraham kecil kiri.

9. Berapa lama rasa kebas?
- almost 4-6 jam kebas termasuk bahagian lidah rasa kebasnya.

10. Kesan selepas pasang braces bahagian atas?
- susah sikit nak tutup mulut & pelat beberapa huruf.
- pertuturan kurang jelas.
- bila bercakap, saliva rasa macam nak terkeluar je.
- susah nak sebut perkataan yang ada huruf O, U.

Ok itu sahaja setakat ni.
Next appointment: 24 Jun 2016.

Assalamualaikum... hye !!

Hari ni 27 April 2016 (Rabu) merupakan hari pertama kika pasang braces. Buat di Klinik Pergigian Azman, Batu Pahat.
Servis memang terbaik. Dr dan kakak2 kat situ memang peramah :)

1. Appointment pertama terus pasang braces atas bawah ke?
Dr hanya pasang bahagian bawah je dulu untuk biasakan pemakaian braces.
Next month, barulah akan pasang bahagian atas & cabut dua batang gigi.

2. Berapa batang gigi kena cabut?
Total gigi yang kena cabut nanti: 4 batang

3. Bayaran atau kos untuk pasang braces?
Deposit atau installment : RM1000
Bayaran bulanan: RM107
Jangkaan masa pemakaian braces: 42 bulan
Jumlah bayaran: RM5494.00

4. Lama ke nak pasang braces?
Sekejap je. Tak sampai 1 jam. Menunggu je yang lama..hehhe

5. Apa yang kika dapat masa 1st appointment?
Untuk 1st appointment ni, kika dapat 1 berus gigi khas untuk braces, wax & pil tahan sakit.

6. Bila nak pakai wax?
Tadi sebab banyak sangat cakap, dah mula rasa sakit tercucuk dawai braces, so kika pon letak wax sikit.

7. Apa yang tak boleh makan untuk awal-awal pemakaian braces?
- makanan dan minuman yang masam
- daging & ayam
- makanan yang liat dan keras
- air gas

8. Apa yang boleh dimakan?
- makanan yang lembut (cth: bubur)

- buah (dipotong dahulu, jangan gigit terus)

Ni lah hasilnya:

Nampak tak biru-biru kat gigi bawah tu?

Bila tutup mulut okay je sebenarnya. 

Cuma macam nampak kita kemam sesuatu :D

MYSIS OH MYSIS

I really do not like this day because my plan did not went on smoothly. This was about the adding subjects on MYSIS system. I had to stay up from 12.00 a.m. until 4.30 p.m. but it did not worked. Just certain of the courses in UPSI could add the subject and open the system. My housemates and me were tired for waiting. Most of the students who could not add or open the MYSIS were so angry including me. Last night the Facebook's updated was many about the problem of MYSIS system.

After tired of waiting, I tried to sleep at 4.30 p.m. When I woke up at about 8.30 p.m., the MYSIS system was opened. I tried to add the subject like what I planned but I could not. Thats why I hate this day.

Cycling & Kayaking

My housemates and I woke up early for today. We planned to cycle to the Tasik Embayu, Proton City. We had rented the bicycle form Kolej Za'ba. We also made sardine sandwiches and bring it to the Tasik Embayu for our picnic at there.

We could saw beautiful landscape of Proton City in our journey to the Tasik Embayu. The air was refreshing this morning. We also snapped our picture during the picnic at the lake. Luckily, we also could kayak on the lake. This activity was so fun. I like it so much.

Hopefully, we could go there again sooner or later.

Improvement

I had no longer wrote in this blog because I had so much assignments to do. I am so sorry about that but do not worry. I will write down on the blog if I had a free time.

Actually, I wanted to share something about this blog. I got many benefits from this blog because I had a chance to write in English.

Besides that, I could improved my English Language and less my broken English. I also could express my feeling through English and it was so fun. I like it much.

This blog also could improved my writing skills in English. I hope anyone who read this blog would give me the support to write this blog day by day.

My Cats, My Life

I wanted to share about my cats. I loved my cats so much. This was because I treat them like a friend. My life will so dull if I did not have any pet. Now, I had two cats. They were mother and his son. I had kept my cat since 2004 yet. I have kept the female cat since she was young.

Now, she was so old and she got the son who was so cute and spoiled.

My life was so cheerful when they came in my life. I were so happy to antics. I always looked forward to returning to my village to look in them.

Interview

Yesterday, my English for Communications II's group and I had an interview with En. Hafiz Adam which was the Executive of Inventory at Acquirement Department of Utusan Melayu (M) Berhad. We needed to meet him at KTM UKM.

Firstly, we went to Pudu Central by bus from Tanjung Malim at 5.00 p.m. Then, we took the RAPIDKL LRT to the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) and after that, we took the commuter to the UKM. We arrived at about 7.30 p.m. Then, he picked up us to the restaurant near the KTM and we had some interview for him.

After finished the interview, he took us to the KTM. Unfortunately, the commuter had leaved us. After that, En. Hafiz had took us to the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) using his car. Then, we took the LRT to the Pudu Sentral and we took the bus to Tanjung Malim at 9.50 p.m.
